Charity Quilting

Charity Quilting will be held on Wednesday, May 28 at the Masonic Lodge on Kelsey St. from 10:00 until 2:00.  As always, all guild members are welcome to attend.  This month we will be working on quilt for Quilts of Valor.  Bring your own sewing supplies, machine, and a bag lunch. Fabric will be provided.

Open Sewing and Happy Hour Sewing -- Wednesday, May 21st

Open Sewing will be held this Wednesday (May 21st) at the Masonic Lodge on Kelsey Street from 10:00AM until 2:00PM.  All guild members of all ability levels and interests are welcome to attend and may work on any stitching projects (hand or machine, even knitting, crocheting, or embroidery).  Bring your own sewing supplies (there is an iron and ironing board at the lodge for our use) and a bag lunch.

Happy Hour Sewing will be held this Wednesday (May 21st) at the Corning Lutheran Church on West William St. from 5:00PM until 8:00PM. Program: Cathy Miller, The Singing Quilter

Cathy Miller, a quilter and folksinger from British Columbia, will be making her second visit to MLQG. Since 2000, she and her musician husband John have visited and entertained many guilds across three continents. It's sure to be a very enjoyable evening. 

**Note that the date is NOT the usual guild meeting night.**
