Quilts and Blankets for CONCERN

These quilts and blankets were recently delivered to CONCERN and will be handed out to children entering into Tioga County's foster care program.  The social worker who accepted them was so excited to see all of the bright colors and cheerful prints and said that they would certainly help bring a little comfort to children in a sometimes frightening situation.
