Since Bumble Bags cannot be delivered to chemo patients at this time, the Humble Bumble Project has decided to offer to send care packages to those in need. Included will be two bottles of hand sanitizer, a bottle of hand lotion, and a pack of tissues. They have enough supplies for 50 care packages and would like to include a fabric face mask in those packages.
Because many of us do not have elastic available at this time we are asking that you use one of the patterns linked in this post. Please use gender neutral fabrics for this project if possible.
Social distancing makes collections a little challenging. Completed face masks can be mailed to Susan Mc. or they can be placed in a sealed ziplock bag and placed in the drop box on Susan Mc’s patio. Please call, text, or email Susan for directions.
