Face Masks

Because of the shortage of N95 masks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have been making face masks for local organizations. We fulfilled a request from the Humble Bumble Project but requests for face masks are still are coming in as the virus continues to spread.  As long as there is a need, we will continue making masks.  Use your favorite face mask pattern or find patterns, tips, and tutorials under the Outreach Projects tab.  If you know of a verified request and have a contact person for that request, please share it with Susan Mc so we can let the guild know of the need.  Social distancing makes collections a little challenging. Completed face masks can be mailed to Susan Mc or they can be put in a sealed ziplock bag and placed in the dropbox on Susan Mc’s patio. Please call, text, or email Susan for directions.

  1. I live in Liberty. If you have more facilities requesting masks I'd be happy to make some for you. Do you prefer the surgical mask style or the Olsen masks Style? Beth

    1. Thank you for contacting us, Beth. We don't see an email address for you, so perhaps you'll see this reply. You can click on the "Outreach Projects" tab on the top of this blog to see patterns and facilities requesting masks. Thank you.
