October PATCH

Members of PATCH-Providing Aid Through Creative Handiwork met for their final gathering of 2026 on October 23rd. They worked together on sewing quilt tops to donate to those in need in the community. The group will reconvene after the holidays on January 22nd.

October Outreach Update

At the October meeting, we made some great donations, including six We Honor quilts for veterans in hospice care, four Comfort Quilts, two pillowcases, and four NICU mattress covers for the Hershey Children's Medical Center. We also contributed twelve Bumble Bags and two Humble Haversacks for the Humble Bumble Project.

Thank you to everyone who donates their materials, time, and talent to the guild's outreach program.

October Show &Tell Highlights

The October Show and Tell from the Mountain Laurel Quilt Guild was just as impressive as last month's Quilt exhibit! We got to see first quilts from new quilters, stunning finishes right off the longarm, favorite fall-themed quilts, and a whole lot more!
