Once again, MLQG members are welcome to attend a "Stitching in Public" day this upcoming Thursday. As long as the weather holds out, we'll plan for this every week this summer.
The next "Stitching in Public" Day will be this upcoming Thursday, July 26th on the Green in Wellsboro. Come any time after 12:00 noon -- bring your lunch, a chair, and your hand work (sewing, knitting, crocheting, etc -- any type of hand work is fine). Or if you need advice on a project, there will be plenty of opinions to share!
The Wellsboro Growers' Market opens at 3PM on Thursdays on the lawn of the First Presbyterian Church, not far from the Green. After you're done stitching, head on over there for lots of local summer goodies. Say hi to guild member Tess McCarthy at her booth (Starbright Farm).
Of course, this is weather-dependent, so if the sky and the forecast look iffy....we'll have to postpone until the following Thursday. Keep an eye on the guild's blog, website, and Facebook page for updates.
All guild members are welcome! And visitors as well!
