August PATCH

The MLQG members met at the Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center for their monthly PATCH meeting, Friday, August 22nd, where they were presented with a unique challenge: choosing a quilt backing first, then creating a coordinating quilt top. The quilts, once finished, will be donated to children in foster care.

August Outreach Update

 

Seven quilts for Foster Care, two We Honor with Quilts for veterans in hospice care, four Humble Haversacks for the Humble Bumble Project were donated at the July meeting.

August Show & Tell

My apologies!  I was so caught up in the food, fun, and festivities at the annual guild picnic that I forgot that I was supposed to be taking pictures until half way through show & tell!
