February PATCH

At their February gathering, members of PATCH embraced the saying, "When life hands you scraps, make a quilt!" Drawing inspiration from Victoria Findlay Wolfe's book, 15 Minutes of Play, the group crafted freestyle quilt blocks using small scraps. Once completed, this comfort quilt will be donated to a local charity, spreading warmth and kindness to someone in need.

February Workshop

Fabric, fun, and friendship was the theme of the day at the workshop held on Thursday, February 19th at the Westfield Baptist Church. Attendees made a credit card holder and learned a new creative technique for paper piecing. 

February Outreach Update

Five comfort quilts, three We Honor With Quilts for veterans in hospice care, three pillow cases for Hershey Children's Hospital, eight Humble Haversacks and fourteen Bumble Bags for the Humble Bumble Project, and eighteen placemats for Meals on Wheels were donated at the February meeting!
