Five comfort quilts, nine We Honor With Quilts for veterans in hospice care, four Humble Haversacks and three Bumble Bags for the Humble Bumble Project, and eighteen placemats for Meals on Wheels were donated at the March meeting!

The Mountain Laurel Quilt Guild's March meeting featured a presentation from Linda Vannederynen, co-owner of Quilter’s Corner. During her talk, she introduced the members to Quick Curve Rulers developed by Sew Kind of Wonderful, which are specifically designed to simplify sewing curved quilt blocks. Following the meeting, guild members participated in a hands-on workshop where they had the chance to create a variety of projects utilizing these rulers. This workshop provided an opportunity to learn new quilting techniques, making the day both informative and full of fun for everyone.
