It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our friend, Lynn Grant. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of Lynn's family and friends. She will be missed by many.

Outreach "Quilt Start to Finish" Workshop
Outreach "Quilt Start to Finish" Workshop
We are off to the races with this outreach workshop! We will be using a variation of the jelly roll race quilt to make quilts for several of the charities that the guild supports. The checkered flag drops at 10:00 and in less than an hour quilt tops will start crossing the finish line! Of course, since it's a race, you know there will be prizes! Once our tops are finished we will work on our quilting skills by quilting our tops. We will discuss different basting methods and quilting options from simple straight lines to free motion. If you prefer to quilt your top at home, you're welcome to make another top, or two, or three, or work on your own project for the afternoon.

Mountain Laurel Quilt Guild Bed Turning
