Charity Sew Day is back!
Charity Sew will be held on the last Wednesday of every month at Scheetz Sew Creative in Wellsboro from 10:30 until 3:00. Sewing machines and materials are provided but you will need to bring your own sewing notions. You may bring your lunch or order delivery from Fox's Pizza Den.
This Wednesday, December 28, we will be working on Fidget Quilts for area hospice patients.
A Fidget Quilt is a lap-size quilt made with different textured fabrics and embellishments that keep the nervous hands of Alzheimer's and dementia patients busy. They are fun to make and a great way to try out new techniques and experiment with different fabrics.
